You will have been notified that your Conveyancing Specialist has provided you with Legal Advice on your contract of sale, which is available for you to review the Documents section of your account.

Can you then please proceed to your Property Checklist and selecting the task 'Review Advice'. Once you complete this task, <Conveyancing Specialist Name> will begin negotiating with the vendor's solicitor with the preferences you gave.
