Included in this offer is:

• Legal advice on up to two contracts
• Negotiations with the vendor solicitor
• Preparation of documents and figures required for settlement
• If you don't settle on a property, or decide not to use Home-in, we'll only charge you for the legal advice provided. That is $220 per contract.
• Disbursements are charged on top of your professional fee and range between $400 and $1,000, as a guide.
