To start the process and engage a Conveyancing Specialist, you firstly need to set up an account with Home-in. Once the account is set up you can then :

• Add your Property on the home screen
• Proceed to Property Checklist and Request Contract Review. In this task, please either upload the contract of sale or select an option "I will email my contract" (email it to support@home-in.com.au) and click Request.
• Make sure you have accepted the Conveyancing Costs (refer to button “Get Conveyancing, with Home-in”)

Once the above steps are completed, your personal Conveyancing Specialist will be assigned to you and they will review the contract, providing you with the Legal Advice within 6 business hours.  You are able to view your team’s information via the Team section of your account.

We also recommend you update your Personal and Purchase details (in Profile) so that your legal team is aware of your personal situation.
